It’s shipped back ready to use

Turnaround Time
Most custom builds are completed within 1–3 days after receiving parts for your controller, parts can take 10-20 days to arrive and in some rare cases higher than 30 days if part on back order. In person repairs are usually a 1-2 turn around time.
